Refund Policy of Gurkha91 Restaurant

At Gurkha91, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing an excellent dining experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer refunds under certain conditions. Refunds may be issued if the wrong order is delivered, if the food is damaged or spoiled upon delivery, or if there was an error in processing your payment. To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with the relevant details, and our team will review your case. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that we do not offer refunds for orders that have been partially or fully consumed, or for cancellations made after the order has been prepared or delivered. Additionally, cancellations of reservations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee, and deposits for large group bookings or special events may be non-refundable. In rare cases of special circumstances, such as delivery service delays or natural disasters, we will evaluate refund requests individually.
